The Legion of Mary meets once a week on Monday evenings at 6:30 PM in the Narthex. The Legion is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church. Members serve God under the banner of Mary with the Holy Spirit through a balanced program of prayer and service. Active works include visiting parishioners, assisting with the home Enthronement of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, leading the Rosary at funerals, manning a Book Barrow, presenting a movie during Holy Week, taking communion to the homebound, hosting monthly Patricians Meetings, and meeting other needs of the parish community.
If you can’t attend the weekly meetings, you can be an Auxiliary Member. The auxiliary members offer to our Lady their prayers so that she can apply them where they are most needed. All are invited and welcome to come as a guest to a Legion of Mary Meeting.
